Deposit

We require deposit of the equivalent of 2 weeks rent. The deposit will be protected by www.mydeposits.co.uk. You will receive a copy of the deposit protection certificate on the day you move in/sign the contract.

Tenancy Agreement

Our standard contract terms are 6-12 months depending on the property and the season. You will also be able to extend depending on the property and the season. You will not be able to break the contract early unless we find a replacement tenant.

Notice

You are required to give us one month notice in writing before departure.

References/ Documents

Students: Student Status Letter/ Council tax exemption Certificate from University, Bank Reference or Recent Bank statements, Copy of Passport
Professionals: Employment Reference, Bank Reference or Recent Bank Statements, Previous Landlord’s Reference, Copy of Passport
We will also accept UK based guarantors if the references above are not sufficient.

Additional fees and charges

- £145 TV licence payable directly to www.tvlicencing.co.uk
- Council tax payable directly to the local council
