We have an in house maintenance team looking after all our properties and dealing with all repairs and technical issues that may arise during your tenancy. As representatives of the Landlords we have a vested interest in the upkeep of our flats.
We have a range of single and double studios, the majority of which are self-contained offering you a high level of privacy and comfort.
The rent includes the following bills: electricity, water and heating. We provide free broadband internet. There are laundry facilities in all our properties.

Security is paramount, and all buildings are equipped with CCTV in the common areas, electronic FOB Key Entry System at the main door and high security locks for each apartment door.
